What we have discovered is that many youth get into trouble and/or participate in precarious activities during the nighttime, when most services are closed, and we want to be there for them when they mostly need help. We want youth to be able to access help and support at anytime, any day, from anywhere in the world. However, this is a daunting task that cannot be accomplished by a handful of people with big hearts and limited resources.
